BETAS V13.0 Live Rule Stack
BETAS trades SPY from 5-minute completed candles while monitoring the live candle every second. No entries before 9:40 AM ET. Normal entry actions remain limited to one per completed 5-minute bar.
Bar 1 defines Auction #1 and is EMA20/slope exempt. The auction is formed from its two-bar structure, and once set its high and low are frozen. Later wicks do not expand or move the auction boundaries.
A completed close above the frozen auction high wins CALL; a completed close below the frozen auction low wins PUT. The winner bar creates, but cannot itself take, the entry. CALL trigger is winner high + $0.03; PUT trigger is winner low − $0.03.
Later auction winners must be on the correct side of EMA20 and the one-bar EMA20 slope must move at least $0.04 in the winner direction. Auction #1 remains exempt from both filters.
When flat and at least $0.50 from EMA20, BETAS can arm a touch setup. CALL uses EMA20 + $0.10 from above; PUT uses EMA20 − $0.10 from below. After the touch, entry waits for a $0.10 corrective reversal.
A qualifying completed failure bar arms confirmation only. The immediately following live candle must break that failure bar before BETAS routes the exit; the qualifying bar itself does not immediately close the trade.
A qualifying same-side auction during a live trade can create a fixed protective level. Price must first trade through that level to arm it. After the normal 15-second grace, a later reverse cross through the armed level exits the position.
If an opposing auction completes and the trade is still exposed, the opposing-auction exit obligation is evaluated before normal new-entry logic. BETAS never performs two normal completed-bar actions on the same bar.
There is no 1-2-1 sizing sequence. A new eligible same-side frozen auction can arm one intratrade recovery. If price reaches the adverse 5% edge of that auction, BETAS immediately adds the original quantity, taking the position from 1× to a maximum of 2×.
After a V13 2× add, a later live scan reaching the auction midpoint sells only the added half, returning the position to the original 1× runner. The add and midpoint sale cannot occur on the same live scan.
Immediately after the midpoint half-exit, that midpoint becomes fixed armed protection for the remaining 1× runner. Later auctions may update market structure but cannot move this V13 runner stop, and no second recovery add is allowed during that trade.
110% of morning equity is the permanent minimum owner floor. Reaching 110% arms the floor without blindly closing an active trade; each newly reached whole percentage then ratchets the floor upward: 111% locks 111%, 112% locks 112%, and so on. After owner execution locks, BETAS can continue shadow strategy signals.
Maximum 15 entries per day. No new entries at or after 3:00 PM ET. Any remaining live position is force-closed at 3:55 PM ET.
